QuotePro is Novuna’s bespoke digital platform that replaces its legacy system, bringing together multiple functionalities into one seamless interface. Designed with efficiency and security in mind, QuotePro empowers users to:

• Quickly generate finance quotes
• Submit quotes for underwriting
• Track and manage proposals in real-time
• Enhance security with biometric identity verification technology

Internally, Novuna benefits from improved workflow management, enabling teams to handle multiple workstreams more effectively from a single hub. This digital transformation enhances operational efficiency while providing a superior user experience for brokers and dealers alike.

Seamless launch and immediate adoption

QuotePro officially launched on January 27, 2025, and saw an impressive adoption rate, with more than 1,000 external users logging in on the first day alone. Within the first 48 hours, users generated over 600 proposals, highlighting the platform’s ease of use and effectiveness.

Feedback for the platform has been positive. Chris Swallow, National Sales Manager – Associates at Novuna Vehicle Solutions, commented on the smooth transition:

To ensure a seamless transition, a comprehensive training programme was rolled out to more than 120 brokers via face-to-face sessions, Microsoft Teams webinars, and on-demand training videos tailored to different teams’ roles.

Strengthening industry partnerships

Beyond enhancing the vehicle financing process, QuotePro reinforces Novuna’s long-standing relationship with Cox Automotive Europe, a key player in the automotive industry. Novuna has previously collaborated with Cox Automotive across its other brands, including Dealer Auction and Manheim.
