Pride in Practice: Celebrating Inclusion at Codeweavers
At Codeweavers, we believe that inclusion is more than a value, it’s a practice. That’s why we’re proud to be sponsoring Stafford Pride on August 9th 2025, right here in our hometown. For the first time, our team will join the Pride parade in Stafford, standing alongside the local LGBTQ+ community and allies to celebrate identity, visibility, and belonging.
Sponsoring Stafford Pride is a reflection of who we are and the culture we’re building. It is one part of a much broader commitment to fostering a workplace where every team member feels seen, supported, and empowered.
What Pride Means To Our Team
Behind every initiative like this one are the people it’s meant to support. Pride means different things to different people; visibility, safety, celebration, allyship, but its importance is universal. It’s about creating a world (and a workplace) where everyone can show up as their true, unique self.
"For me, Pride is about finding a family, being accepted by and accepting of all - a safe space of understanding while letting the world know we're here. Always have been, always will be."
Douglas Kynoch, Codeweavers Culture and Engagement Team Contributor
We’re proud to stand with our LGBTQ+ colleagues, not just at this year’s Pride parade, but every day through our inclusive workplace and team members. This is about amplifying voices that haven’t always had a platform and ensuring those voices shape our culture from the inside out.
Cox Automotive Europe’s Pride ERG
Codeweavers’ participation in Stafford Pride is connected to our collaboration with Cox Automotive Europe's Pride Employee Resource Group (ERG). As part of the wider Cox Automotive family, we’re building on a foundation of shared values and shared action.
The Pride ERG provides a space for LGBTQ+ employees and allies to connect, advocate, and help drive meaningful change across the business. With education campaigns and internal events, the ERG has been a catalyst for visibility and inclusivity across the business.
The Pride ERG is a necessary safe space for Cox Automotive employees to express themselves and support one another. Our goal is to ensure allies and LGBTQIA+ team members have a voice, can field questions, and give others the opportunity to learn about the value of Pride in the workspace

Our Commitment Moving Forward
Events like Stafford Pride are a celebration, but they’re also a reminder that inclusion is an ongoing commitment, not a one-off campaign. At Codeweavers, we see this as part of a much bigger journey: building a workplace where everyone belongs, every day of the year.
Through our partnership with the Cox Automotive Europe's Pride ERG, continued learning and intentional action, we continue to strive at creating a culture that goes beyond symbolism, supporting all our people across the business.
