Holiday Closure & Support Information 2025

As the festive season approaches, we’d like to take a moment to thank all our customers and partners for their continued support throughout the year. It’s been an exciting time for Codeweavers, and we couldn’t have done it without you!

To help you plan ahead, here are our Christmas opening hours and support details:

• Up to 1.30pm Wednesday 24th December normal support will be available.
• We are closed from Wednesday 24th December until Thursday 1st January.
• Regular support will resume on Friday 2nd January.

Urgent Support During Closure
We understand that critical issues can arise at any time. For urgent system failures during the holiday period, we have an out-of-hours support process in place. Please contact your account manager for details.
