Climbing for a Cause: Codeweavers Takes on the Three Peaks Challenge

At Codeweavers, we’re always ready for a challenge, especially when it supports a cause we care about. That’s why 15 members of our team are preparing for the Three Peaks Challenge on June 13th. This event involves climbing three of the UK’s highest mountains, Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon, within 24 hours.

It’ll be demanding, but we’re committed to doing it for a cause that matters.

Why We’re Taking Part

We’re doing this to support Cox Automotive’s Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group (ERG) and to raise funds for Ben, the only UK charity supporting all members of the Automotive Industry. Dedicated to helping our colleagues across Automotive, supporting members in their work, life and even after their retirement, Ben makes a real difference to those who need it.

They has recently launched new resources to better support neurodiverse individuals across the industry. These services are helping people right now, and we want to contribute to their continued development. At Codeweavers, we understand the importance of supporting neurodiverse colleagues and helping all people reach their potential.

Raising funds for Ben

One of our goals is to raise £1,000 for Ben. Ben provides life-changing services, including mental health support, financial assistance, and now, new resources for neurodivergent individuals.

We have set up a dedicated donations page where supporters can contribute to our fundraising efforts. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference and helps us reach our target. Check out more about our fundraising story, and if you can, help us reach our fundraising goal.

Highlighting Neurodiversity

Neurodiversity is often underrepresented in the workplace. Many individuals at Codeweavers and beyond manage the unique challenges that come with it, and we believe it’s essential to have systems in place to support them.

That’s where Cox Automotive’s Neurodiversity ERG comes in, working to foster inclusion and support across all Cox brands. At Codeweavers, we’re proud to be part of this effort.

This challenge isn’t just about physical endurance. It’s about raising awareness, starting conversations, and supporting real change in our industry.

The road ahead

With the challenge fast approaching, the team continues to train and prepare, motivated by the cause.

We’ll be sharing updates on our training, fundraising progress, and how we do on the day. Thank you for your support—and if you’re able, please consider donating to help us reach our goal.

We’re ready to take this on—for Ben, for neurodiversity, and for a stronger, more inclusive industry.
