The Ops team are a key link between the clients and the rest of the business. The account managers work with clients to understand the needs of their business and align these with the direction in which Codeweavers is moving. They will often be busy meeting with clients, working on quotes and tenders. The product owners work within cross functional teams to coordinate the development of the products and features This involves the production of acceptance criteria, management of tasks and liaising with clients and other stakeholders on the details. 🤝
