Once you've downloaded this, double click the CWRST.zip and double click the cwrst.exe from the saved location.
Please select your support operative's name from the list - you will have been given this information when you contacted Codeweavers for assistance.
Your support operative should then be able to connect remotely to your machine
N.B. port 3680 needs to be open outbound on your firewall to allow this. If not, please contact your local IT representative.
