All the search engine optimization and on-line marketing services detailed above in the Basic Search Engine Optimization Package, but for any further pages within your site you wish to have optimized. This will greatly improve the amount of search phrases you can optimize for, as well as enabling us to tailor individual pages for specific searches and maximise the amount of searches within the search engines you rank well for. These pages are ideal as they allow you to rank for keywords that produce low to medium amounts of searches, but have very little competition and are often very specific ‘buying’ search phrases.

E.g. A broad term that produces high volumes of searches may be ‘Sony Plasma’, but the competition for that phrase will be fierce.
Additional optimized pages will allow you to also optimize for individual search phrases such as:
E.g. ‘Sony GDX1100 Plasma’. This search may produce fewer searches, but with much less competition.

External & Reciprocal linking strategy
This package contains:
The search engines view links coming into your site from other ‘relevant’ sites as a good measure of both your relevance for your chosen keywords and the importance of your site. With this in mind we will work with you to obtain as many ‘natural’ inbound links as possible. We do not deal with reciprocal ‘link farms’ or ‘unnatural linking strategies as they pass no importance to your site. Static Sitemap in both HTML and XML
This package contains:
You will get 2 sitemaps. The 1st sitemap is created in HTML, and this is designed for human use. This sitemap will be aesthetically laid out to allow users of your site the greatest usability and full visibility of your website.
The 2nd sitemap will be created in XML and is also known as a ‘Google’ sitemap. This sitemap is created solely for the search engines use. It is designed in such a way that it allows the search engine to easily crawl your entire site and index every page. This is advantageous as many sites only have a small percentage of their site indexed, and as such, only a very small percentage of their pages are producing traffic. With your full site indexed, we can optimize each individual page to maximise the number of search phrases you are appearing for and traffic you are receiving.

Major Directory Submission
This package contains:
Submitting your site to the major directories will have a large impact on the level of importance the search engines view your site as having. We will ensure your site is submitted and entered into the directory efficiently and correctly, as any error at that stage can cause delays of up to several months to become listed.
It is also very important that your site is very carefully submitted with the chosen keywords in mind, as the search engines can also view where you are listed within the directory as a good indication of what your site is about and what searches it may be relevant for.

Keyword Maintenance & Report

We will review all of the elements of the Basic Search Engine Optimization Package for you every month to ensure that search engine optimization and on-line marketing is up to date and follows the latest search engine requirements and customer searching patterns.

We will also issue you with a full report monthly that will outline where the site is ranking for the chosen keywords and search phrases on the major search engines. The report will also show how your site is optimized and ranks compared to your competitors.

Descriptive Domains
Each domain will be registered and pointed to relevant pages within your site. The domain will then be marketed in addition to your primary domains; with it’s own set of key words and optimised content. The domain will also have a directory listing in Codeweavers' own directory www.found-here.co.uk (Note this site is currently under construction, due for completion end Q1)
Suggestions for new descriptive domains will be made on a regular basis.

URL re-write programme
Dynamic sites often suffer from not being crawled sufficiently by the search engines. The reason for this is that often dynamically driven websites have very few static html pages. Search engines rarely crawl the dynamic pages due to disposable nature of the pages, as they are created for an individual user or search, and then disposed of once viewed. These pages are often informative and naturally well optimised pages. The URL re-write programme gives the dynamically generated page a static URL, which then allows the search engine to crawl and index that page. This will produce many more optimized pages generating a higher volume of search traffic for your site.

Dynamic Sitemap
This sitemap has the same optimization and usability benefits as the standard HTML and XML sitemaps, but it continually grows to contain the new pages generated by the URL re-write programme. This enables the search engines to be able to fully crawl and index your entire site even though it is dynamic and continually growing.

Basic Search Engine Optimization Package
This package includes:

In-depth keyword analysis
We identify the most beneficial keywords for your search engine optimization campaign by finding the most relevant keywords and search phrases that produce the highest number of searches every month. We will also identify the competitiveness of phrases and keywords, so that you will be optimized for search strings that provide the highest volume of searches whilst offering the minimum level of competition.

Meta Tag Construction
We will create a page title that keeps your on-line marketing both appealing to your customers and optimized for the search engines by having the correct density of the chosen keywords within a well copy-written title.
We will then take the selected keywords and create a site description to appear in the search engine results page. It will be optimized in such a way that it will contain the chosen keywords at the right density to improve search engine rankings, but still be appealing to potential customers and read in a way that encourages clicks.

Body Copy Keyword Optimization
We will review the density of the chosen keywords within the body copy of the homepage.
