Information Management
Alto enables you to electronically store the information from the proposal. This means that this information can be rapidly accessed without the need to wade through mountains of paper. As your team work on the application and more information gets added such as notes, searches and vehicle details this too is electronically tagged to the proposal details. The system also stores detailed information on all entities related to the proposal such as the introducer and sales representatives.

Integration
As well as integration with other Codeweavers modules such as Cara and Lucro, Alto offers integration into a range of back-end administration and accounting systems. This means that it is possible to implement Alto without having to change vendor for your back-end collections and accounting systems. In addition there are options available to have advanced integration into Alto with responses and documents pushed back through a web service.
Advanced Calculators
Alto comes with a range of advanced finance calculators that enable you to re-calculate deals based on up to 14 different parameters. Users can calculate payments from rates, deposits from payments and rates or even work back to terms. Calculations can be fixed on either customer rates (flat rate, yield or Apr), Apr's or commissions. Commissions are calculated for your introducer (and for yourself if you operate as a broker), while yields are produced based on your parameters. This allows you to make decisions based on the accurately calculated profitability of the deal. Subsidies can be calculated for deals transacted below the introducers base rate. Web based Delivery
Access Alto from any location with a connection to the Web. Home workers can have the same functionality as office based employees and Management can review business activity from anywhere. Additionally maintenance is managed remotely, so that updates and support can be more rapidly deployed.
Administration
The only certainty in any growing business is change. To ensure that support costs are kept as low as possible on lucro and Alto, Codeweavers have parameterised almost every facet of the system. This fine level of control enables our clients to take charge of their application. For example each introducer can have unique rates and rate structures for each product on the system so that commissions shown are specific and exact.
The level of sophistication necessitates that the functionality within Admin is involved. However Codeweavers have built in a range of features designed to make managing your system as simple as possible. Probably the best example of this is the 'Campaigns' mechanism, whereby many introducers can be set up to use the same rate package, meaning that any changes in rates can rapidly be effected across large numbers of introducers with a single change.
