Directors


Roland Schaack was a Business Manager and then Group F&I Manager at TG Holdcroft, Pendragon and Virgin Cars. He is now responsible for the day to day management of the team that builds and delivers Codeweavers products.

Developers


Paul Shannon wistfully watches the Internet develop under his fingers. He moved here from a research role in the telecoms industry and is responsible for introducing whitelabel systems, AJAX and dodgy beards to the Codeweavers’ stock.
Neil Kidd previously worked at CERN (the home of the web) and joined Codeweavers in 2000. Primarily his responsibilities include PMS \ DPS \YCL and financial calculation development. (His hero is Dougal from Father Ted!!!).
Stephen Phillips came from writing childcare software and is now using his previous experience to tend his little flock of code snippets. Being a fan of cars he has merged his interest of writing software and fast cars.

Client Support


Claire Kelsall has worked in the Finance Industry for over 16 years covering various departments. Claire is now Client Support Manager and responsible for coordinating YourCarLoan and Motor Insurance.

System Administrators


Steve Jones has over 12 years experience managing RDBMS alongside administration and management of ICT infrastructure. Steve is responsible for systems hosting, data management and all aspects of IT infrastructure.
Martin Hill has overall responsibility for growing the base of clients using Codeweavers products and services. As Sales & Marketing Director he also facilitates Codeweavers’ many strategic partner relationships.
Paul Barrett has been working in the software industry since 2000 and has previous experience with VOIP and Financial Software. He is currently responsible for Alto, Lucro and YCL products. And he is Welsh.
Sam Wessel develops web applications with ninja-like finger gymnastics having achieved the all-time top lines-per-day record prize of the century within his first week. Sam no longer gets paid by the line.
Jan Vlasak

Designer


Mark Searle learned to colour from a young age and even managed to keep it in the lines. With affluent creativity he produces packaging, print and product design rather well too.
Gavin Milward specialises in Open Source systems, hardware and network infrastructure, With 8 years administration experience, he is usually found in the Codeweavers Batcave in a jungle of wires.
Chris Knight is a key part of the web team, without him they would all have to share in the spoils of success. He arrived here as a fresh faced graduate and added the “team” to “web team” after doubling its member count.
Craig Judson while holding on to what’s left of his hair, develops and maintains Lucro and Alto products, with interests in design patterns, agile development and Delboy style French quotes.

Neil Watkiss brings his motor dealer and lender experience to the Codeweavers team. He is responsible for taking the Codeweavers proposition to the marketplace, ensuring that the handsome bunch above are kept busy.
