The Challenge for the Business
As a substantial Dealer group in Chesterfield/Sheffield area, Autoworld know the importance of finance and insurance income to the bottom line. With finance offerings continually being put in front of vehicle buying customers, Autoworld were keen to protect and grow this income while simultaneously being able to offer customers finance and insurance packages that could be price controlled by them as well as being used as part of wider marketing campaigns.
The Solution
By working with their in-house web design team, Codeweavers were able to introduce their 'YourCarLoan' and 'YourCarMotorInsurance' services to the existing Autoworld website. Their used car stock feed was amended to allow the desired sell-out finance rates to be controlled by the Dealer at all times, as well as being able to be easily manipulated in real time to assist with promotions in press or other media.
The End Result
Stan Walker, Group F&I Manager at Autoworld, is a real advocate of the 'YourCar' solutions. He has also engaged in dialogue with Codeweavers with regard to potential improvements to the service that could benefit his business - which Codeweavers are more than happy to work with him to achieve. As a result of the Codeweavers services there is now no reason for any web customer to leave the Autoworld site to either establish a competitive finance offering or to check on the costs of motor insurance.
